Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Reference: NHSTA142
Location: Staffordshire
Salary: £25,000- £30,000 (Dependant on experience)
I am currently working with a well-established RIBA charted practice based in Staffordshire. They are looking for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. My client covers a wide range of projects in a variety of different sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Education, Retail, Healthcare, Leisure, Urban, Planning, Heritage, Conservation and Ecclesiastical.
The successful candidate will need to be design focused with strong Revit skills and relevant Architectural Assistant work experience in a UK based practice. This role provides the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects across all RIBA stages.

Skills and responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Strong presentation and communication skills using a variety of media
- Previous residential experience preferred but not essential
- Be self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Great organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create excellent graphics through hand sketching or creative media
Essentials needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Excellent design skills
- Revit proficiency preferable
- Great commitment.
- Good understating of statutory & regulatory requirements.
- Experience working as an Architectural Assistant in a UK based practice
- Able to participate and coordinate actively within a team
- Hold an MSc in Architecture
