An excellent opportunity for an Architectural Assistant has come up to join a RIBA Chartered practice based in Southwest London. My client specialises in the Residential sector, so previous exposure to this is essential.

The perfect candidate will demonstrate a proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and can use own initiative to overcome complicated tasks.

• To be creative to produce integrated designs
• To demonstrate efficient design and technical skills
• An excellent communicator, to deliver ideas orally as well as written
• To be able to have a proactive approach to problem solving
• To demonstrate a creative approach to all new ideas

Essential skills needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong AutoCAD skills - Revit is also useful
• Experience in construction drawing packages is preferable
