Part II Architectural Assistant/Part III Architect

We are a well-established, customer-focused practice near Tunbridge Wells.  We have a variety of projects ‘on our boards’ including education, residential and ecclesiastical, new-build and refurbishment, ranging from £50k to £8million. 

We take a holistic stance toward sustainability and carbon reduction within our architecture. We believe in the value of good architecture. We seek to continue developing our BIM working capacity and we envisage you will be an important player in this. Training can be provided.

You will be part of a team on large projects and, depending on your experience, you will also have your own projects to run through all RIBA stages.

We operate hybrid working, with up to two days per week working from home.

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience and,

• be enthusiastic and willing to learn
• have good organisational and communication skills
• have a working knowledge of BIM software, preferably ArchiCAD.
• have knowledge of Building Regulations and construction techniques
• have a valid driving license and transport
