Practice Manager Job in Chelsea, South London

Practice Manager job now available with highly reputable architectural practice, they seek an experienced Practice Manager to join their South London office!

This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to join a well-established architecture and design consultancy. With a prestigious client base stretching across prime areas of London, the practice has developed a strong reputation for delivering some of the most luxurious and bespoke properties both in the UK and worldwide.

This job is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis and will be located in their London office 5 days per week.

Role & Responsibilities

• Daily management of the practice, ensuring staff rota are adequate and well planned to meet business needs
• Line management responsibility for the administration team, and liaise closely with the Directors and Associate Directors
• Annual appraisals, annual pay reviews, quality assurance, and ensuring the premises, equipment, and supplies are in order
• Monitor and manage staff holidays, sickness, and absence
• Overall team management and recruitment for the practice
• Maintain good working relationships with clients, agencies, contractors, and suppliers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an office management role
• Minimum of 3 years working in an HR environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft
• Knowledge of HR best practices, and employment law/regulations
• InDesign and Photoshop skills are desirable but not essential.

What you get back

• £45,000 - £53,000
• 9am - 5.30pm working hours
• 20 days holiday (increasing after 2 years of service by 1 day a year, up to 25 days) + bank holidays

• Additional Christmas office closure.
