Project Architect responsible for the following:
- Managing a busy workload, running a number of Design and Build jobs simultaneously. Producing working drawings/specifications and checking/amending similar work drafted by others. Managing team members resource/work allocation to meet deadlines and programmes. Attending client meetings. Attending site and liaising with contractors.
What you’ll need
- Recent experience in the social housing sector. Part 3 qualified and ARB registered. CAD experience (Drawing Express preferred but not essential). Good literacy skills. Driving licence.
