Architect with Minimum 5 Years Experience

An architect is required now with minimum 5 years of experience of the design and fit out of commercial offices in London to work directly with the director

The candidate must have good communication and team-working skills and experience of coordinating the designs of the whole consultant team.

The role requires experience working with contractors and the design team to overcome unforeseen problems on site to deliver high end quality design and construction.

Essential requirements for all candidates:

Excellent AutoCAD 2-D skills 

Competent use of Sketchup

Fluent spoken and written English

Good communication and team working skills

Practical experience of interior architecture projects on site

Competent interior construction detailing

Enthusiasm and dedication to excellence in design and technical documentation

Minimum 5 years relevant post Part II experience in UK

We have a pleasant office located between Bermondsey and Canada Water tube stations and next to Southwark Park
