FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED ARCHITECT OR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER, MIN. 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
THE ROLE: Working for a thriving and growing company of over 140 employees, in the beautiful County of Herefordshire. Due to our ongoing success, we are in search of a talented and proactive and experienced Architect or Architectural Designer, filled with drive, initiative, good experience, and ability.
You will be working on our Clients dream homes, bespoke residential new-build projects of approx. 150-550sqm. The houses are built on-site using our German-engineered CNC-machinery, cutting stunning oak frames, and erected on site by our carpenters, creating instant character and timeless Architecture, all using our highly energy efficient and sustainable encapsulation systems that can reach Passivhaus standards.

Salary £35,000 to £45,000 DOE.
TO SUCCEED: We want a go-getting, client-facing character, with design flair, good experience with Planning and Building Regulations processes, with excellent technical knowledge (Passive House understanding/qualification would be a plus), and the ability to engage with Clients and Consultants confidently. Strong communication is key. You must be conversant in AutoCAD and Sketchup.
