Project Architect, London

We are looking for a Project Architect for our prestigious architectural and interior design practice in London in a full time salary position.  The candidate would need to have the ability to run large scale private residential projects and demonstrate strong experience in High End Residential projects, or projects of a similar nature.   A sound knowledge of Building Regulations, Planning and listed building legislation within the UK required.

The person we are looking for must be a team player with good project running skills to ensure all aspects of the project achieve the relevant deadlines.  Experience in Site operations and contract administration is required, in conjunction with face to face relations with clients.

The project the candidate will be working on, is complex both in scope and detail and you will need to be able to manage internal, consultant and contractor teams.

You must be well organised, have good presentation skills and be able to confidently liaise with Clients.
