About the company and role:

An exciting opportunity for an aspiring Architect has now become available with a multi-award winning architectural practices​. My client delivers industry leading projects across wide range of sectors including residential, healthcare, hospitality, leisure and educational.

The successful candidate will need to be design focused with relevant post part 3 experience. This position provides the opportunity to join a team of expert building consultants including highly skilled project managers, building surveyors and architects.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Revit and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of current UK construction methods, building regulations and planning policies
• Preparing architectural drawings and 3D visualisations for clients to illustrate schemes of various nature
• Offer guidance to junior members of the team
• Prepare budgets and cost plans
• Working in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Works 2020 taking projects from Stage 0 through to Stage 7
• Offer guidance to junior members of the team
• Working with local planning authorities to successfully progress schemes through the planning process.
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Proactive and ambitious approach to projects

• Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
