Project Architect / Architectural Technologist

We are looking for a capable and committed ARB Registered Architect and Architectural Technologist (ideally MCIAT) to join our team as Project Architect and Architectural Technologist.

Working with the project director you will need to be able to take control of a project, managing the relationship with the client, design team, local authorities and contractors on a day to day basis.  You will be able to manage a series of projects at the same time.

You will need to combine design skills with technical knowledge to be able to work effectively across all stages of a project.  Experience of administering JCT traditional contracts and site inspection preferred.

Housing experience is essential as this is a core part of our work.
