Part 2 Architect

This is an opportunity for a Part 2 architectural assistant at ADE Architecture in London.

An award-winning, design-led practice, ADE architecture is based in Wandsworth, London. Our work is mainly in the high-end residential sector.

Successful applicants will join our team, working on a number of exciting projects in London and the South-East. With projects at various scales and RIBA stages, you will get the opportunity to see projects from start to finish, with involvement on site and with contract administration. Support will be provided to applicants wishing to pursue their Part 3.

The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and character of the practice.

• Applicants must have: RIBA Part 2 qualification experience of working with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp, in practice excellent written and spoken English experience of using, Office, Outlook and Excel, in practice understanding of residential projects and standards in the UK the capacity to complete detailed working drawings under the guidance of more senior staff a willingness to learn job running skills from concept to completion relevant work permits and be living in the UK at the time of application

The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate:

• self-motivation, proactivity, initiative, and team-working experience clarity and confidence in communication – in writing, drawing, on screen and in person the ability to work through technical issues and be familiar with relevant codes and UK building regulations the ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a team The role will offer exposure to all RIBA work stages including contract administration.
