We are seeking an Architect/Part-2 Architectural Assistant/Technologist.

The ideal candidate would be proficient in REVIT and Adobe Creative Suite as well as hand-sketching, with a minimum of 2 years' UK project experience. Thorough working knowledge of RIBA stages, building regulations and site experience would be advantageous.

This position is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. CVs will be considered for Technically driven Architects, Part II Architectural Assistants with experience and Architectural Technologists.

In this role, you will be working on projects within the Cornwall/Devon and London regions whilst living in the lovely surroundings of Southwest England.

The following are some, though not an exclusive list, of the duties you will be expected to carry out:

  • Contribute positively to the overall successful management and profitability of the business Work effectively and collaboratively within a team. Develop projects from concept through to planning application, preparing drawings, Design & Access Statements and helping to co-ordinate the consultant team input Work on RIBA Stage 4 & 5, preparing technical information including general arrangement drawings, details and NBS Specifications.
  • Help deliver the goal of the staff and client satisfaction.
