Part II Architectural Job in Winchester, Hampshire
Part II Architectural Assistant job now available with a design led practice based in Winchester. This role would give you the opportunity to take on traditional and contemporary styled projects across the region.
The practice has a strong track record of delivering design-led projects across a range of sectors including residential, public, ecclesiastical, and conservation.
Due to a continued increase in workload they now require a Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- You would be required to work across all RIBA stages from concept to completion.
- Working closely under a senior architect
- The role would focus mainly on residential based projects.
- Production of design and technical drawings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Part II qualification
- Ideally with 2 years of in practice experience
- Good design ability
- A confident and clear communicator
- Skilled with the use of AutoCAD
- Experience with UK residential projects would be beneficial
- Able to work on own initiative.
