Part II Architectural Job in Winchester, Hampshire

Part II Architectural Assistant job now available with a design led practice based in Winchester. This role would give you the opportunity to take on traditional and contemporary styled projects across the region.

The practice has a strong track record of delivering design-led projects across a range of sectors including residential, public, ecclesiastical, and conservation.

Due to a continued increase in workload they now require a Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

• You would be required to work across all RIBA stages from concept to completion.
• Working closely under a senior architect
• The role would focus mainly on residential based projects.
• Production of design and technical drawings.

Required Skills & Experience

• Part II qualification
• Ideally with 2 years of in practice experience
• Good design ability
• A confident and clear communicator
• Skilled with the use of AutoCAD
• Experience with UK residential projects would be beneficial
• Able to work on own initiative.
