Due to an increasing workload this specialist architectural practice based in Chelmsford is now looking to add to their current team and require either 'Senior Architectural Technician', or 'Qualified Architect' or a 'Part 1 Architectural Assistant'.
Part 1 Architectural Assistant
Part 1 architectural assistant ideally with a bit of experience to join the company. The role will also be within the planning team and salary will be c£21k dependant on any experience that the individual may have.
Must be fully proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Indesign and Photoshop. Within the role the candidate will be required to work within the planning team to support the planning application process in preparing applications, design and access statements and produce presentation work to enhance the application documents, preparing design reviews, drawings and presenting to clients.
Senior Architectural Technician
Senior Architectural Technician to provide technical lead on a number of projects, as well as technical support to colleagues within the practice. The ideal candidate should be qualified and have 5+ years experience.
Must be fully proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Indesign and Photoshop. Within the role the candidate will be required to work within the planning team to support the planning application process in preparing applications, design and access statements and produce presentation work to enhance the application documents, preparing design reviews, drawings and presenting to clients.
Qualified Architect / Experienced Part II
RIBA Qualified Architect with a minimum 2-3 years post qualification experience (any Part II applications must have a minimum 3 years experience)
