We are a unique and innovative established award-winning RIBA practice that specialises in ecological and heritage design, based in well-connected Haywards Heath near Brighton. Due to an increase in our diverse workload, we require a suitably experienced Technician to join our friendly and supportive team. An interest in eco-design and heritage is preferable but not essential. We offer a flexible working practice and support for family life.

Responsibilities

  • Tender documentation

You will be given the opportunity to develop your own skills and knowledge within our team as your workload includes regular contact with clients, planners, building control, contractors and other consultants covering all RIBA stages. We offer further training to the right candidate, including pursuing further professional qualifications. We undertake regular CPD events and encourage a good work-life balance, including flexible hours to suit. The office has two dogs!

Proven ArchiCAD experience or similar would be beneficial to the role, though training will be given to the right candidate.

With good communication and time management skills, knowledge of Building Regulations and good levels of technical detailing is desirable. The role would also require the ability to handle multiple projects and liaise with both consultants and clients.
