Salary: £25,080 - £27,000
Location: London office & Remote based
Hours: 35 hours per week
Do you have strong customer service experience? Are you confident and willing to learn? Have you worked within a fast-paced customer service environment?
The RIBA have an exciting and important role within the RIBA Contact Centre & Membership Servicing acting as a service support adviser.
As a service support adviser, you will act as the first point of contact providing timely, effective and efficient support to all RIBA members and customers. In addition to some basic 1st line technical support duties, the role will require the individual to become a specialist in all areas providing a knowledgeable level of support within the Contact Centre & Membership Servicing.
The ideal candidate will be a real team player, have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.
