Salary: £25,080 - £27,000

Location: London office & Remote based

Hours: 35 hours per week

Do you have strong customer service experience? Are you confident and willing to learn? Have you worked within a fast-paced customer service environment?

The RIBA have an exciting and important role within the RIBA Contact Centre & Membership Servicing acting as a service support adviser.

As a service support adviser, you will act as the first point of contact providing timely, effective and efficient support to all RIBA members and customers. In addition to some basic 1^st line technical support duties, the role will require the individual to become a specialist in all areas providing a knowledgeable level of support within the Contact Centre & Membership Servicing.

The ideal candidate will be a real team player, have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.
