Salary: up to £34,000 per annum dependent on experience

Location: London HQ (remote option available)

Hours: 35 hours/week, Permanent Contract

As we continue to improve the offer to our members, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Executive to deliver the member offer for our Corporate Member Practices and Fellow members, as part of the exciting Account Management and Membership Development team.

As an integral member of this specialist team within the RIBA’s membership engagement department you will report to the Head of Membership Development.

You will facilitate, coordinate and improve delivery of the membership offer to Corporate Member practices and Fellow Members by developing and maintaining strong relationships with members, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating and delivering exclusive events. You will also provide technical, analytical and organisational support to the Head of Membership Development and the Membership Development team.

You’ll be an excellent all-round communicator with the ability to develop and nurture client relationships.  With strong experience of achieving within a target driven environment you will have excellent questioning and listening skills to understand the needs of clients, have experience of presenting to and engaging with clients at a senior level and you will have excellent knowledge of CRM database management. You will also be able to quickly understand complex issues and themes.

Experience of working in a member or a client facing role is essential and an interest in architecture and the built environment is desirable.
