Opportunity to join a creative and collaborative studio environment focused on a love of architecture, innovation, learning and fun, based in beautiful Cambridge

 

Work alongside the practice Directors to manage projects, influence the direction of the practice, helping us continue the growth of our brand and reputation and head toward Associate level.

 

Looking for someone with -

Design led Projects we have

 

  • Educational projects based in London / South and East
  • Individual / housing projects South / East
  • Commerical development projects East region

 

Skills & Experience we’d like -

 

  • RIBA Part 3 qualified or Proficient Architectural technician.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years post qualification job running experience or technical equivalent
  • Archicad / BIM  experience.
  • Proven track record in delivery of projects on site.
  • Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
  • Excellence in Adobe Creative Suite and word / excel
  • Experience in preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
  • Knowledge of UK best practice standards and Building Regulations; strong technical design and detailing skills
  • Demonstrable understanding of issues surrounding sustainable design
  • Leadership skills - the ability to lead a team, manage projects, lead on project meetings and work directly with clients
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects, working within time and budgetary constraints
  • UK Drivers licence

We’re looking to pay a great compensation package to the right candidate but at the same time we believe a great work-life balance is important, so potential for a personalised flexible home working set up will be part of package, although presence in the office for at around three days a week will be required. 

 

The successful individual can expect:

Studio (noun, plural) - a room or atelier of an artist, photographer, sculptor, etc. We identify ourselves as a studio, to reflect our creative and collaborative approach to architecture.
