Part 2 Architectural Assistants/Technicians/

Due to a continuing & buoyant workload, TTG Architects are looking for Part 2 Architectural Assistants/Technicians with at least 12 months’ relevant work experience alternative qualifications may be considered but must be proficient in AutoCAD/Revit/3D to join its busy, London EC1 office.
The successful candidates will be office based, working in a small, friendly, and busy team. You will be involved in a variety of exciting real projects in the retail and education sectors. Projects are located in the UK & Europe for blue chip clients.

Key Responsibilities 
•    Work to assist the lead Architect on projects from inception to completion
•    Help prepare feasibility/design proposals
•    Presentation works & 3D modelling 
•    Prepare production information construction details, review construction information provided by others 
•    Liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
•    Construction site attendance and production of progress schedules/inspection reports 

The successful candidate will be expected to fulfil the following:
•    A minimum of 12 months experience in an architectural/design environment
•    RIBA Part 2 /Technical/ qualified or similar 
•    RIBA Part 1 qualified candidates will only be considered if they fulfil the work experience criteria and are not proposing to return to FT education before 1 Sept 2023
•    Proficient in AutoCAD with good presentation skills with strong attention to detail
•    Revit and SketchUp skills an advantage
•    Motivated & proactive with good organisational & communication skills
•    Ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
•    Photoshop skills an advantage and able to apply attention to detail in your work
•    UK experience and knowledge of British regulations required
