An exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Assistant has now become available with an award-winning architectural practice​. My client works on large scale projects across many different sectors including, commercial, residential and healthcare.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proficiency in Revit and have three to six years UK based experience. In addition to this, the successful candidate will get the opportunity to work with disciplined experts.

Skills and responsibilities for this Architectural Assistant:

• Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
• Working independently on concepts to comply with UK Building Regulations
• Ability to produce creative integrated designs
• Able to carry out studies and design proposals
• Boasts strong technical design skills
• Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving

Essentials needed for this Architectural Assistant:

• Proficient in the use of Revit
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Hold a degree in Architecture
• Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
• Ensuring that all information is treated appropriately and kept confidential
• Effective time management skills
