Architectural Technician

Salary: Dependent on experience

A fantastic opportunity with an award-winning Architectural practice has now become available for an aspiring Architectural Technician​. My client works across a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, education and healthcare.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proficiency in Revit, good understanding of the UK Building regulations and relevant work experience. In addition to this, they will have the opportunity to work both as part of a team and independently. Finally, successful candidates will get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across all RIBA stages.

Skills and responsibilities for this Architectural Technician/Technologist:

  • Educational sector experience desirable
  • Ability to produce creative integrated designs
  • Work cooperatively by sharing resources, information, and knowledge
  • Able to produce detailed work drawing packages and accurate technical drawings
  • Good organisational and presentational skills

Essentials needed for this Architectural Technician/Technologist

  • Proficient in the use of Revit
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Hold a BSc Architectural Technology degree or a (HND)
  • High level of detailing skill required
