Architect/ Architectural Assistant (part 2/part 3)

I am working with an established Architectural team based near Guildford that are being awarded some exciting new projects and now look to grow their 10+ sized team further. They are now looking to add the right experienced Architectural Assistant and Architect with adaptable experience working on live projects.

You will be an integral part of this team working on various interesting projects at any one time working across mainly the Residential sector both larger scale and bespoke. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to work for a friendly practice that are at a period of exciting growth with ample career progression to offer. You will play a hands on role in seeing projects, through from very early initial Residential design to completion. It is therefore essential you enjoy the design stages and are a proficient communicator whom is able to liaise with the larger internal team and external consultants. My client also undertake projects within the Education and Commercial sectors.

To be considered for this role you must hold a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations. Some experience with BIM either Revit/ or ArchiCAD would be highly desirable although not essential and AutoCAD is also always beneficial to have.
