About the company and role:

A fantastic opportunity for a Project Architect looking to develop into a Senior role has now become available with a RIBA chartered Architectural practice. My client works on multiple industry sectors including Residential, Hospitality, Leisure, Health, Education, Industrial and others.

The successful candidate will work on the delivery of multiple projects with support from a wider team. This position also involves supporting and training junior members of the team.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect/Project Architect:

• ARB registered
• Proficiency in normal software packages
• Basic understanding and experience of using Revit
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
• Strong concept design talent
• Able to lead projects from inception through to completion.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Ability to produce high quality work and manage time effectively
• BIM project experience

• Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• UK Driving License
