Senior Technical Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist, Maidenhead

TPArchitects is seeking a Senior Technical Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 8 years experience, with excellent technical knowledge to join our exciting practice in Berkshire. Candidates should be enthusiastic and talented, looking for an opportunity to grow and develop within our expanding team. 

The role will predominantly be small to large-scale residential with the opportunity to work on a variety of other UK-based sectors, ranging from mixed-use, educational, and data centres. Working across RIBA States 2 -6.

Candidates should have a thorough understanding of AutoCAD and Revit. Applicants should have experience in Planning, Permitted Development Rights and residential construction drawings and detailing. The application will require drafting skills, written and spoken communication skills, we envisage the right candidate to have 8 years+ experience and the ability to work autonomously. 

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
