The successful candidate will need a minimum of 15 years industry experience and experience leading projects across all RIBA work stages. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a dynamic business and lead a committed team

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Good understanding and knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Ability to lead projects from inception to completion
• Able to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• UK driving license
• Experience in implementing company procedures
• Train and support junior members of staff
• Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient use of Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Good organisational and presentational skills
