A fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Part 2 Architectural Assistant has now become available with an international and multi-award winning architectural practice. My client works on large scale projects across many different sectors including commercial, residential, education and healthcare.
The successful candidate will work within the project team, contributing to the delivery of an array of challenging projects. In addition, they will produce high quality outputs in RIBA design Stages 0-3 and develop skills in RIBA design stages 4-7 integrated design, construction information on-site inspection and feedback

Skills and responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Able to create concept 3D model options
- Produce creative integrated designs
- Able to carry out studies and design proposals
- Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
- Attending site meetings and inspections
- Effective time management and organisational skills
Essentials needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Hold an Masters in Architecture
- Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
- Able to development masterplan and building plans using 2D CAD software
- Communicate and work effectively as part of a team
