Part II Architectural Assistant  

Lewis Stroud Architects have an opportunity for a talented, RIBA Part II architect to join its team in central London.  
  
Lewis Stroud is a RIBA chartered architectural practice who specialise in the bespoke design and development of high-end residential projects for either developer or homeowner. Due to an expanding workload we are looking for a talented, motivated and creative architect to join our growing team.  
  
Essential Skills  
 
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of construction methods, detailing and current legislation. They will be enthusiastic and conscientious with experience of working on new build and refurbishment projects alike. 
 
You will need to have an eye for detail and have a good technical base knowledge.  The role will involve working on all RIBA work stages and you should be confident working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and contractors. 
 
You will require good communication skills and ability to coordinate, reporting to the directors but also working independently, within a dynamic team. 
 
Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and 3D visualisation is required and the ability to sketch by hand is desirable. Experience with Revit would be a bonus but not a necessity. 
 
A competitive salary will be offered depending on experience.  This is a full-time position with an immediate start, based in central London. We are a friendly and creative office and can provide excellent training to further your growth as an architectural assistant with support through Part 3.
