Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Kentish Town, London

A Part II Architectural Assistant job has just become available with a high-end developer in North London. This role will see you involved in projects from inception through to completion on site!

Our client is an established property developer working across high-end residential houses and apartments in London's most prime locations. Specialising in high-quality deliverable design, they offer complete architectural, interiors, development management, and construction services from inception, all the way through to post-completion.

This position is suited to a Part II Architectural Assistant with experience, or a Recently Qualified Architect. This role is also being offered on a full time, permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working closely with in house interior designers and external contractors/consultants, builders, and suppliers from inception to completion
• Working across all RIBA stages on high end residential apartment schemes throughout London
• Using Microstation and ArchiCAD in practice
• Liaising with clients and attending site.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree educated with an architecture qualification and have a minimum of 2 years high-end residential post qualification experience
• Hand sketching skills for clients
• Creation of NBS construction drawing packages is desirable
• Strong in design and/or technical elements of projects
• An appreciation of classical architecture and art through to current design themes and trends
• Microstation or ArchiCAD knowledge is hugely preferable, but not essential
• Must have some experience and knowledge of high-end interiors.

What you get back

• £32,000 - £36,000
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

• 1 day working from home per week, further flexibility is available if needed.
