Location: UK various sites, remote/homeworking

Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri, Permanent

The RIBA are seeking proactive, highly organised Regional Administrator’s to join our new Membership Experience UK team.

You will be passionate about delivering quality and excellence to key stakeholders and beyond and will be the first point of contact within the regions. You will have responsibility for ensuring we provide excellent support to our volunteer groups as they plan and deliver quality events and programmes across our regions.

We are recruiting to the following regions:

  • North region (Supporting the North West, the North East & Yorkshire)
  • Central region (Supporting West Midlands, East Midlands & East regions)
  • South region (Supporting South & South East, South West regions)
  • London region           

This role has responsibility for the marketing and delivery of regional events, supporting our members who make up our Branch networks and Regional Councils and working collaboratively with the Regional Directors to deliver our engagement plans.

The ideal candidate will posses experience of working with dynamic, fast-paced environments and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be high on initiative and committed to working collaboratively with colleagues.  You will be comfortable liaising and negotiating at all levels, often working with challenging and conflicting deadlines.  The role also has responsibility for financial and document management.

Working from home, with access to office space, the role will require some travel and flexibility to work evenings and weekends dependant on activity.
