Salary: c£25,000 - £28,500 depending on experience

Location: London (Hybrid working available)

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Do you love events and architecture? Do you have a positive ‘can do’ attitude? The RIBA is looking for a highly organised and effective Professional Events Co-ordinator to help us deliver a programme of high profile events for our members and public audiences.

These events include our RIBA Future Leaders, Guerrilla Tactics, Smart Practice and other professional events. This role is manged by the Events Manger and works with Practice Department, Professional Standards, Awards, Marketing and other RIBA events teams in an energetic and collaborative department.  

You will provide effective and efficient administrative and operational support for the smooth running and successful outputs of our events which are both physical and digital. This exciting post means that you’ll be involved from the very start of the event process all the way through to the running of the event on the day.

Working with the Events Manager, you will also be a key colleague for the rest of the organisation, offering advice and guidance on their events.

You will need excellent knowledge of Eventbrite, Excel and other Microsoft packages; the ability to think on your feet, think outside the box and adapt to changing plans with flexible attitude.

This role offers a great opportunity to support the RIBA’s work in celebrating the great architects and architecture of today and inspiring the great architects of the future.
