Job Details
We are an award-winning Residential Architecture and Design studio, specialising in the design and delivery of Listed Private houses in Conservation Areas and larger Multiple Unit Schemes in sensitive locations. Our work includes new concept development, Architectural Design and Interior design at all stages RIBA 0-7. With over 35 years of experience and a number of award-winning projects, this is your opportunity to join an experienced and exciting team of Architects and designers. We are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Architectural Technician and a Post Part 2 Architect, who we can support towards Part 3 ARB registration.
Applicants should be happy and capable of producing detailed development designs, working drawings and delivery of schemes. You will have a sound knowledge of all UK Building Regulations, along with practical construction experience. This role will be based both in our West Midlands studio/office and on site.
We use Vectorworks and would be glad if you are also competent in Sketch up, photoshop and Indesign.
Your salary will depend on experience, but expect circa £35,000pa.
