Job Details:

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sutton Coldfield.

You will be working alongside architects and designers providing technical expertise to realise the Architects vision, you will be responsible for preparing working drawing packages, checking external manufacturers and consultant’s information and integrating said information into construction drawings.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will have proven ability in all aspects of architectural design with the ability to support with developing our network of clients. We are looking for a high-quality candidate with strong professional and business acumen.

Candidates must demonstrate that they have the following:

  • At least 10 years’ experience either working within a housebuilder or architectural practice involved with residential projects
  • Experience of producing residential building working drawings
  • A thorough knowledge of house construction and current building regulations
  • Fully proficient in AutoCad
  • Self-motivated with an excellent eye for detail
  • Demonstrate successful project management and effective organisational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Candidates will hold a relevant qualification, experience in Revit would be an advantage but is not essential.
