CPD Digital Learning Manager

Salary: £31,334 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: RIBA North, Liverpool Waterfront with some homeworking
Hours: 35 hours per week, full time – Permanent

We are seeking an exceptional individual for this exciting role to lead the day to day management of the RIBA’s digital learning management system, the RIBA Academy. 

You will bring your experience of delivering digital learning content to help us ensure that best practice is applied to our offer.  You will oversee implementation plans for platform development and content creation ensuring engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders.  You will lead on the RIBA Academy marketing and communications strategy, working closely with our central communications team, to drive audience awareness of the RIBA Academy to increase user numbers and generate significant income back to the RIBA.  

We are seeking an individual with demonstrable experience of working with learning management systems and a detailed understanding of how individuals consume digital learning.  We will be looking for knowledge of successful communications strategies including social media with experience of campaign delivery and product launches.   The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills to manage complex and multiple tasks, managing both internal and external interdependencies.
