THE ROLE: Working for a thriving and growing company of over 140 employees, in the beautiful County of Herefordshire. Due to our ongoing success, we are in search of a talented and proactive fully qualified Planning Consultant, filled with drive, initiative, good experience, and ability. You will be working on our Clients dream homes, bespoke residential new-build projects of approx. 150-550sqm.
The houses are built on-site using our German-engineered CNC-machinery, cutting stunning oak frames, and erected on site by our carpenters, creating instant character and timeless Architecture, all using our highly energy efficient and sustainable encapsulation systems that can reach Passivhaus standards.

Salary £32,000 to £42,000 DOE.
TO SUCCEED: We would like to find a RTPI qualified Planning Consultant. They should be able to provide advice confidently on assessing sites for residential Planning potential and strategy for one to ten houses. Planning policy knowledge is key. You will be writing Planning statements and preparing, handling, submitting and monitoring Planning applications. Strong communication is key – you will be keeping clients, councils and other specialists/ stakeholders update throughout to achieve a successful Planning approval.
