The successful candidate(s) would be based in our main studio in Greenwich, London. Individuals who are new to BPTW, or who are more junior, are expected to be based full-time in the studio although where the type of work is suitable for carrying out remotely there is flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days a week after an initial period. BPTW provide a full range of training, support and mentoring to help new staff to settle in.

BPTW also has vacancies for a BIM coordinator/manager and Document Controller.
Individuals will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have proven experience, skills and knowledge relevant to the role (eg Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, etc). Excellent communication skills and a good level of English are essential to enable liaison with clients and consultants. Our office operates in a unique studio environment, so it is imperative that individuals are comfortable and effective working within teams. We look for individuals who demonstrate ambition and initiative, can work with minimal supervision, and have the ability to work to deadlines and carry out multiple tasks.

For applicants from Ukraine, accommodation will be offered for a minimum of 6 months, the type and size will depend on individual requirements but would typically include private living and bedroom space. Accommodation will be furnished and wi-fi provided. With many of our staff living locally, to help settle in, we would aim to arrange accommodation that is easily accessible to the office.
Salary will be in line with current market rates and depend on role, experience, capability, etc. BPTW is a London Living Wage Employer and salaries are benchmarked so they are consistent with organisations that are similar in type and size.
