Architect or Technologist/Technician with 5 years experience

We are currently looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist/ Technician or Architect to work in our Poole Office based in Ashley Cross.

We work mainly in the residential sector, with some mixed use schemes involving supermarket chains. The projects vary from large house refurbishments, one off or multiple house schemes, to apartments.

Our Poole office works in various areas in the south - mainly Poole, Bournemouth, South and South West London.

The projects can range from feasibility right through to completion, including post planning appointments.

The role would involve developing and leading the production of planning and construction information. It will be a diverse role which includes site visits and attending meetings with Councils, Clients, etc.

We would prefer a minimum 5 years experience, but would consider slightly under this. The role involves producing technical information, so a good technical knowledge is essential.

The candidate would be expected to be proficient in Revit and Autocad.

The role is available immediately or can be stalled to suit current working requirements. Salary is negotiable.
