Project Architect/Senior Architect for multi unit residential schemes 

£50,000 - £60,000 

East Central London 

We are working with a very well established architectural practice that are busier than ever. 

Standing at 50 people, they have a requirement for an experienced Architect that can join the team due to growth and an influx of projects. 

They have a very low turnover of staff which speaks volumes on the business. 

This company typically takes on the design from a design architect and delivers the schemes which are complex mixed use residential projects for multi- unit developments.

Their clients are leading house builders.  

Size wise they tend to vary from 150 units through to 400 units. 

You will be joining an energetic and ambitious company where career progression is on offer for the right individual. 

Software wise they use Vectorowroks 2D and 3D along with archicad, but as this won’t be a drafting role, they are open to people from different software backgrounds. 

Essentials

• Minimum of 5 years PQE 
• Experience in leading of medium/large scale multi unit residential schemes 
• Good technical detailing knowledge  
• Team leading experience (5-10 people) 
• Excellent communication skills
• Client facing and presentable 
• Site/delivery experience
