Salary: £30,720 per annum depending on experience

Location: London (The RIBA will be operating an office/home-working hybrid model)

Hours: 35 hours per week, full time, permanent contract

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join our vibrant HR team to partner with our colleagues across the business and provide exceptional support throughout the colleague life cycle, as we continue to transform our organisation and ensure we’re in the best shape for the future.

In this role you will have a strong HR generalist background and offer high quality professional advice and support to managers and colleagues on all HR related matters, with a strong focus on supporting Change within the organisation.

To succeed in this role you will have experience in all areas of HR and be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and managers to the highest standard, along with strong IT skills, HR systems experience and the ability to manipulate data, producing reports in an accurate and meaningful manner. You will also need robust organisational skills to coordinate multiple projects at one time.

We have a dynamic and busy HR environment, so the ability to multitask is essential, along with a confident and passionate approach to work.
