Part 2 or Part 3 Architect, London

Lewis Stroud Architects have an opportunity for a talented part 2 or part 3 architect to join its team in London.  

 Lewis Stroud is a RIBA chartered architectural practice who specialise in the bespoke design and development of high-end residential projects for either developer or homeowner. Due to an expanding workload and several new, exciting projects we are looking for a talented, motivated and creative part 2 or part 3 architect to join our team.   

Essential Skills  

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of construction methods, detailing and current legislation. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and conscientious with experience of working on new build and refurbishment projects alike. 

You will have excellent technical and presentation skills with a strong design sensibility and an eye for detail.  

The role may involve taking a lead on projects through all RIBA work stages and you should be confident working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities and contractors. 

You will have superb communication skills and ability to co-ordinate, reporting to the directors but also working independently, within a dynamic team. 

Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and 3D visualisation is required and the ability to sketch by hand is desirable. Experience with Revit would be a bonus but not a necessity.
