Minimum 10 years experience to lead a major refurbishment and partial new build BtR project at a prestigious location in London. Must have relevant Stage 4-6 experience of managing the team, coordination, D&B contracts and strong technical ability.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience to lead part of a new build development which includes residential, retail and community use. Stage 4-6 experience essential including façade, structural and MEP coordination. Good Revit experience required.
Minimum 3 years practice experience at Stages 4-6 required to develop detailed design of various tender and construction packages on refurbishment and new build residential projects. Excellent Revit skills required
Experienced BIM architects required to manage the BIM aspects on refurbishment and new build projects. The applicant will be required to be part of the team producing design information but also ensure the team follow GRID’s BIM protocols and QA procedures.
Presentation, people skills and sound judgement are essential for these positions. Energy, enthusiasm and team spirit are other key attributes. An internal Revit test will be required for relevant positions upon successful interview.
