Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year (Dependant on experience)

A fantastic opportunity has come up for an Architectural Technician to join a multi-disciplined practice which predominantly focus on Architectural design and Construction. Due to consistent growth, my client is looking to expand the team during an exciting time for the practice.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent Technical ability to generate AutoCAD drawings and designs for the distribution of warehouses, office developments and bespoke production buildings all focused in the Commercial sector.

Skills and Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• To implement and assemble surveys, primary appraisal schemes, concept layouts and concluding planning layouts
• Proficient with producing planning drawings and Building Regulation drawings
• A good understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015
• To work accurately to meet deadlines, collectively working in sync with my client's team members and other external consultants
• To be up to date with the latest regulations regarding Planning and Building to plan packages and create submissions
• To implement and manage any issue tender packages

Essentials for this Architectural Technician role:

• Proficiency with Revit
• A strong understanding of the current Building Regulations
• 3 - 5 years UK experience post qualification
• Experience to working on projects independently and within a team
