Salary: £33,000 - £42,000

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a RIBA Chartered Practice based in the Nottingham region. My client is looking for a driven Architectural Technologist to be an integral part of an Architectural team to deliver a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects across the Residential, Retail and Education sectors.

The successful candidate will have the ability to take the lead on projects to create technical packages of information whilst having the ability to demonstrate strong Revit skills to complete these.

Role and Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Working across the Residential, Education and Retail sectors
• Working as an integral part of an architectural team to deliver new build and refurbishment projects across the UK
• Delivering technical drawing packages that are suitable for Planning, Building Regulations, Tender and Construction
• Overseeing junior Technician's design outputs to ensure they are accurate
• Opportunities to manage projects depending on previous experience

Essentials for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a construction consultancy
• Excellent Revit skills is essential
• The ability to work in a team environment at pace to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both within the design team and with our clients
• A good experience of technical building design and Building Regulations
