Location: Home/Office (North Yorkshire 1 day a week)

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (Dependent on experience)

Are you an independent Architect with strong design and technical abilities with considerable experience? If so, read on to find out about a new and exciting job. How does working one day in the office and the rest from home sound to you? For this reason, our client is looking for an experienced and proficient candidate who can lead and manage a small team but also confident working independently. You would need to be able to travel to the sites.

Our client has been established for 10 years, mainly focusing across the Residential/ Housing and Commercial/Agricultural sector with projects ranging from housing schemes, layouts, domestic, master planning and barn conversions. They are looking for someone who would be ARB registered and have previous job running exposure. The applicant would also need to have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and UK building regulations/planning policies.
