Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Stephen Bradbury Architects are seeking an experienced, practically minded Architectural Assistant or Technician to join our small office specialising in the delivery of social and private residential schemes and care homes on challenging sites.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent technical ability, 2D drafting, 3D modelling and presentation skills. Proficiency in Revit and Autocad is required, ability to sketch by hand desirable and a good working knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop and the UK Building Regulations advantageous.

Enthusiasm for manufacture, experience in the production of construction drawings and monitoring of the construction phases are essential. Confidence in dealing with contractors and suppliers is important, as is the ability to work in a team and prioritise workloads.
