Salary: £18,432 - £19,608 per annum pro-rata, depending on experience
Location: Liverpool/Remote working
Hours: 28 hours per week, part time - Permanent
This role provides administrative support across the RIBA Business portfolio. This includes answering the telephone, maintaining clients’ details, checking membership status, producing artwork proofs for the RIBA Site Signboards, issuing sales receipts/invoices, supporting webinars, raising PO’s, responding to emails and re-directing enquiries to the appropriate person, internally or externally.
We are seeking an individual with excellent attention to detail, good communications skills that can provide excellent customer service. Ideally an individual who is proactive, keen and can prioritise tasks.
The ability to work within a small team is important and during the current pandemic the team is working remotely – therefore being able to prioritise workloads is essential. A knowledge of any of the following would be desirable: financial services sector, Architectural Practices, office management or small business management.
