Senior Architect / Part II Architectural Assistant, Maidenhead

TPArchitects is seeking a Senior Architect and a Part II Architectural Assistant.

Senior Architect will need to have a minimum of 8 years experience, with excellent design skills and planning and technical knowledge to join our exciting practice in Berkshire. Candidates should be enthusiastic and talented, looking for an opportunity to grow and develop within our expanding team. 

The role will predominantly be small to large-scale residential with the opportunity to work on a variety of other UK-based sectors, ranging from mixed-use, educational, and data centres. Working across RIBA States 2 -6.

Candidates should have a thorough understanding of AutoCAD and Revit. Applicants should have experience in Planning and Permitted Development Rights and residential construction drawings and detailing. The applicant will require drafting skills, written and spoken communication skills, we envisage the right candidate to have 8 years+ experience and the ability to work autonomously. 

Part II Architectural Assistant will need to be enthusiastic and talented to join our team in Maidenhead. Their role will be to support senior staff on various projects, including site surveys, brief development, liaising with clients, planning applications, feasibility studies and design work. This role is a perfect opportunity for those who are looking to develop their professional skills.

Minimum requirements are:
Master's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
Competent with AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp.
Revit skills not essential but preferred.

Salary for both roles will be negotiable depending on experience.
