Part I Architectural assistant Job in Winchester, Hampshire

We are currently working with a high-profile practice based in Winchester that is seeking a Part I Architectural assistant. This role would suit a Part I Architectural assistant with a passion for conservation projects.

With two offices in Winchester and London, their large team comprises of 80 highly skilled and experienced Architects, Technologists, Urban Designers, Consultants, Historical Researchers, Project Managers, Graphic Designers, and Administrators. Their portfolio of projects ranges from beautiful historical buildings and private homes to commercial properties. Due to an increase in workload, they require a Part I Architectural Assistant to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working directly with a senior member of staff on several conservation projects
  • Production of design and technical drawing packages
  • Ensuring work is produced and delivered to a high standard
  • Using ArchiCAD on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Qualified part I Architectural assistant
  • Possess an interest in Conservation projects
  • Examples of classical detailing in a portfolio would be highly beneficial
  • Sketching skills
  • Experience in using ArchiCAD is beneficial, but training will be offered
  • Please note the role will be based in the Winchester office.
