Senior Architect / Designer

We're looking for somebody brilliant to help us shape our design.

This role is for an architect or interior designer looking to combine their design flare with leadership skills and a desire to make change happen. 

Working directly with the design team, clients and suppliers, the role spans the whole design process, up to and including build delivery. It comes with responsibility and the opportunity to make a difference. 

We're offering real work. Work with creative input, responsibility and real outcomes. Success will be based on producing and art directing exceptional design across our portfolio of projects. Central to this will be managing a team and driving the client experience. 

Experience: 

We are looking for a leader with get up and go, personality, determination and creative flare. Being able to demonstrate exceptional design, client wrangling and team leadership at the right level is essential as is, a positive, collaborative approach to working.
