Architect with 1-3 years post qualification UK experience

UberRaum Architects is looking for a passionate Part 3 Architect with 1-3 years post qualification UK experience to join our team.

The role requires the ability to design and deliver projects to significant clients both private and corporate, in the UK and overseas. The candidate should be looking for full-time employment, starting as soon as practical.

Your skills and expertise:

• 1-3 years post Part 3
• ARB registered
• strong design flare and excellent attention to detail
• experience with interior design packages
• confident in dealing with clients and contractors directly
• experience managing a small team
• pro-active attitude with a continuing desire to learn
• strong communication skills both verbally and written
• good knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Standards 
• ability to work independently, priorities tasks and meet deadlines  
• fluent in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and Microstation
