A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant / Part 3 Architect to join an energetic and highly motivated architectural practice working on a diverse range of projects from new builds through to extensions. The practice predominantly works in the Residential and Commercial sectors where its renowned for its focus on high quality designs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong design skills as well as good technical knowledge to produce high quality buildings.

Skills needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant / Part 3 Architect role:

• RIBA Part 2 / Part 3 or equivalent qualifications

• To be creative to produce integrated designs
• A good knowledge and understanding of the UK best practice
• An excellent level of communication skills - both orally and written
• A proactive approach to problem solving

Experience and Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant / Part 3 Architect role:

• To hold a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Residential sector
• To be proficient with AutoCAD and SketchUp and a working knowledge of Revit would be beneficial (although not essential)
• To be fully involved with the coordination of designs whilst working as part of a team
• To communicate with other members of the team to come up with a variety of design proposals
• To work towards project deadlines, completing them to a high standard
• Experience with UK Planning System & Building Regulations
• Experience running projects on site and working closely with clients.
